The Youth Orchestra of the Lowcountry will host its annual Concerto Competition on February 21, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. at Circular Congregational Church (150 Meeting Street).  Winners of the competition will perform with the Charleston Symphony Orchestra at the Side-by-Side concert on April 23rd.  The competition is free and open to the public.  The twelve competitors are as follows:
